Partial Refund: Cancellations made after 24 hours but before the service is delivered (before the video response is sent or the consultation is conducted) will recieve a 50% refund

No Refund: No refunds will be issued if the video respose has already been sent to the client or if the scheduled consultation has taken place

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling Requents: Clients may request to reschedule their consultation at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours in advance may not be accommodated and may be subject to the same refund policy cancellations
